   Listening to Music 

 Listening to music has many benefits for our mental health. Firstly, research has found that listening to music can relieve stress. For example, if you listen to music when you're angry or stressed, you will relax. Secondly, it relieves symptoms of depression. To exemplify, when you're falling down in the dumps, music can help pick you up, much like exercise. The last and the most important thing about benefits of music: it makes you happier. To be more specific, your brain releases a "happy hormone" and this hormon will make you feel more relaxed. In a nutshell, listening to music both clears your mind and relaxes you.
