 Negative Effects of Social Media 

Social media networks have become very popular nowadays but they have too many negative effects. First, we spend a lot of time on social media, we can't complete many of our works, For example, we watch many videos and we want to see more, so we can forget about our work. Second, we deal with the phone all the time, In other words, we do not want to leave the phone, Unfortunately we become addicted to the phone.Third, we stay away from the people around us, our family, our friends, and we live away from communication, to be more specific, we become unhappy. In short, social media leaves us alone.I think we should never use social media.
