My Grandpa and His Budgie

 

        About five years ago, my grandfather was talking the budgerigar in the garden, which my grandfather loved very much but I never liked. I was in the garden, too and I was swinging. I was so jealous of my grandfather when I saw him talking and playing with the budgie. I sneaked up behind them and frightened them, but the bird must have been so frightened that it flew out of the garden. My grandfather looked for the bird for three days but he could not find it. Even though my grandfather wasn't very angry with me, he told me that what I did was a bad thing and that I should not do it again. Everyone thought that the bird had been eaten by a wild animal or someone had found and adopted it.

        But now I understand that all the things I did were unnecessary because there is another budgie right now and I don't like him, either, but I understand my grandfather. I can't always be beside him and he loves his birds very much.

Our Dog Tarçın

         One day, a dog came to our building of its own free will. We didn't choose it, it chose us. We were scared when it first came, but then we got used to it. We named it "Tarçın" because of its color. It is a very cute dog. It knows its name and looks at you when you say Tarçın.

     It loves to be loved. When you run, it runs after you. It likes to catch the ball when you throw a ball. If you throw water on it, it gets scared and goes away. If you don't play games with, it gets sad. It takes care of us and tries to protect us. It is such a cute and spoiled dog.

A Day to Remember

       The sun was shining brightly. A gentle breeze was blowing. As soon as Jack woke up, his friend Henry called and said he was going to have a picnic with his brother Brad. An hour later, Jack, Brad and Henry went on a picnic.

       They prepared the breakfast table at the picnic. For breakfast there was cucumber, tomato, olive, cheese, salami, sandwich, fork, spoon and fruit juice. After breakfast, they all went for a walk together.
                                   

                                     

       Everything was great during the tour. Butterflies, flowers and a flowing stream admired  this beautiful view. Then Henry and Jack started to play a game while Brad was looking around. After a while, they realized that Brad wasn't there. They started to look for Brad.
After some time, they found Brad petting a rabbit among the trees, and they were very worried.

    This mall is very big and vey popular all over the world. If you go to Thailand one day, you should go there, and do some shopping.

The stores have special busses around the world you just pay cost and got the store by the bus . My Favorite Movie Character: Harry Potter

      My favourite movie character is Harry Potter. 

      He has short brown hair and blue eyes. 

      His mother and father died in Lord Voldemort's attack. Harry has a scar from this attack on his forehead. Harry was orphaned when he was only one year old, he started living with his aunt. His mother, Lily Potter, cast a spell to protect her son so he survived in Avada Kedavra magic. Thanks to his mother's protection, Lord Voldemort's magic tricks were also transferred to Harry. 

    On his 11th birthday, he learns that he is a magician. He receives a letter to begin his education at Hogwarts and to live there for the duration of their education period. His best friends at Hogwarts are Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. 

      My favourite part of the series; Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban.

RAMEN'S RECIPE AND HISTORY

                   HISTORY 

        Ramen is a Chinese food and its first name is "La Mein".

        In 1880s, some Chinese workers were working in Japan. In Japan, the Chinese workers ate it because Japanese food was expensive. But making Ramen was cheaper than other dishes. Japanese people who liked Ramen started to eat it. Japanese people used more different ingredients than the Chinese people when they made Ramen. 

        Ramen's other names are "Nankin Soba, Shina Soba, Chuka Soba". It is a dish that some young people like it in Turkey. The first Ramen restaurant is "Tas Ramen" in Turkey. 

                             

                INGREDIENTS

         Cow Meat

         Flour 

         Herbals (packaged spices are prepared, the interior is not clear)

         Fresh onion

         Water

         Soy sauce 

         Garlic

         Sesame oil 

         Soybean sprouts 

         Egg

                  RECIPE

    1. Boil cow meat with herbals and garlic

    2. Strain the meat (you don't pour meat's water)

    3. Boil meat's water with sesame oil and soy sauce

    4. You shoul knead dough with egg, water and flour

    5. Cut the dough (You can use the dough maker)

    6. Boil the dough you cut

    7. Put the cooked ramen dough on the serving bowl, then pour the meat's water on

    8. Chop the fresh onion, boiled egg, cow meat and soybean sprouts (You can use other vegetables if you want)

Shining Department Store

        Shining İstanbul is a department store in Beşiktaş. In the mid-1900s, a woman, named  Meryem Yılmaz, wanted to open a shop where people could buy their clothes, food and other needs. The shop was very popular at that time and gave the name "shining" to the own shop, which means bright.

        It opens at 8 a.m. and closes at 11 p.m. There are sections such as clothing, food and household items in the store. An average of 20.000 customers come in per day. January and February are the busiest months.
